The best builders aren't all in San Francisco.
We started Keyboard Goblins because brilliant engineers, designers, and operators are scattered all over the world — and most US companies only ever look in a handful of expensive cities.
Connect US tech companies to the world's talent.
Hiring is broken in a specific way: a company in Austin or New York posts a role, competes with twenty other companies for the same local people, overpays, waits months, and still might miss. Meanwhile someone in Kraków or Nairobi or São Paulo — who'd be a top candidate anywhere — never even hears about it.
That gap is the whole reason we exist. We're not a body shop and we're not a job board. We're a small team that takes the time to understand your work, find the right person for it anywhere on earth, vet them properly, and stay on the hook for it working out.
We call them goblins with affection. A goblin, to us, is someone diligent and sharp who does great work on a keyboard and doesn't need to be chased. Developers, yes — but also designers, infrastructure folks, data people, QA, and the operators who keep it all moving.

Four traits we won't compromise on.
When we vet someone, this is the bar. Skills can be taught and tools change. These don't.
Diligent
We care about the people who care about the work — the ones who finish the unglamorous last 10% without being asked.
Sharp
Smart in the practical sense: good judgment, asks the right question, knows when the clever solution is the wrong one.
Trustworthy
Reliable when no one's watching. Says what they'll do, then does it. The whole model falls apart without this one.
Honest
We'd rather tell you we're not the right fit than sell you a maybe. That goes for our people and for us.
That's us. Now tell us about you.
One short call. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help — and if we can, you'll meet a hand-picked person or two within a couple of weeks.
