    We start with a call to understand the work — the stack, the team, the timezone you can live with, and the kind of person who tends to do well where you are. Half of getting a placement right is getting the brief right. The other half is being honest when we're not the right fit for it.

    We go find the right people

    Sourced globally, screened properly.

    We pull from a network we've built over years across 21 countries, plus fresh sourcing for anything specialized. Every candidate goes through a technical screen, a work-sample or live problem in their actual discipline, and reference checks. Most never make it to your inbox — that's the point.

    You meet a short list

    Two to four people, not twenty.

    You interview a small, hand-picked set — usually within one to two weeks of the kickoff call. We give you notes on each person, including the honest trade-offs. You make the call. If none of them feel right, we go back out; we'd rather restart than push someone who's a maybe.

    We help them land

    The first month is the one that matters.

    We handle contracts, payments, and compliance across borders so you don't have to think about it. We check in during onboarding — with you and with them — and step in early if anything feels off. A good first month is the difference between a hire and a regret.

    We stick around

    We're on the hook for it working.

    We stay in touch after the honeymoon period. If something stops working, we'd rather hear it early and fix it — reset expectations, adjust scope, or replace the fit if it comes to that. Most of our growth comes from clients asking for a second goblin, which only happens if the first one worked out.
